Guard Plus

Members, do not forget about the credit union’s automated voice response system, “GUARD PLUS.”  With this service you can check your savings, checking and  loan balances via your telephone.  This system also has advanced features such as reviewing cleared checks and receiving a payoff on your loan. This service is easy, private and safe. The automated line is open to all members twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.  Simply follow the directions below to begin using “GUARD PLUS”.

Access balances, account activity, and loan information by simply dialing:

1. Using a touch tone phone, call: 1-888-572-2764
 
2. Key in your four or five digit member share account number followed by (00), then press the “#” sign.
 
3. First time use, key in the last four digits of the primary share holder’s social security number.  Immediately after, you will have the option of selecting your personal identification number (PIN).
 
4. Follow step by step instructions through your selection options.
