Guard Plus is the Credit Union’s automated voice response system.

With Guard Plus you can:

·         Check your account balances.

·         Verify deposits and withdrawals.

·         Review cleared checks.

·         Receive a payoff on your loan.

·         Transfer money to ANY account that you are an authorized user of

·         Request a check be mailed to your address on file.


You can access Guard Plus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

and best of all – it’s easy, private, and safe!



  1. Using a touch tone phone, call: 1-866-851-7587
  2. Choose the desired action from the given options.
  3. Key in your member/share account number, including (00).
  4. First time users, you will be prompted to key in the last four (4) digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. Immediately after, you will have the option of selecting your personal identification number (PIN).
  5. Once your new PIN is confirmed, follow the prompts to access your account(s).
